Life of the Party

Lily of the Valley
A shimmery metallic green. It is brighter on the nail than in the bottle. The formula provides full coverage with just two coats, however, the it is a bit thin and I had some trouble wrapping it around the tips. The shimmer just didn't want to stick. Wrapping trouble aside, the color is beautiful so it was well worth it....

Sunshine
A bright yellow cream with just the slightest hint of a shimmer. I do love that touch of a shimmer in creams like this. Formula was great for a yellow, two coats for full opacity and no streaking. Surf's Up
A bright blue cream. This is very very pigmented. You can almost get away with just one coat, but I used two to even out the coverage. I don't know if it is the brightness of the color or the shade of blue, but it really bleached out my already pale skin. Also this thing stained my nails big time even with a base coat. You can already see the "black eyes" on my index and middle finger where I got a bit color happy and had to clean the cuticles. My nails were completely blue after taking this off. Luckily, I remembered the whitening toothpaste trick from Another Bottle of Polish?! and it worked beautifully. I highly recommend it for fresh staining! I'm sad I didn't snap a before and after photo, but I hope you'll forgive me for not wanting to repeat the staining. On the plus side, I bet this will be perfect for stamping and since I don't have a good stamping blue yet, I'm excited to have this...
